An interesting game forSambir (12-6) which hosted in Sambir one of their biggest challengers Vinnitsky Zubry (9-13). Third ranked Sambir managed to get a 4-point victory 97-93 . The hosts trailed by 7 points after three quarters before their 28-17 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Naturalized Nigerian center Oleksii Adediran (206-1982, college: Binghamton, agency: BIG) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). The former international forward Oleksii Onufriyev (202-1982) contributed with 17 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Five Sambir players scored in double figures. Guard Andriy Hutsaliuk (192-1996) replied with 35 points (!!!) and guard Yuriy Shkondya (188-1995) added 22 points and 12 assists in the effort for Vinnitsky Zubry. Sambir have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 12-6 record having six points less than leader Khmelnytskyi. Vinnitsky Zubry lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with 13 games lost.
