There was no surprise when 6th rankedZaporizhye (10-14) lost to fourth ranked Hoverla (12-13) in Ivano-Frankivsk 74-80 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 80-74. American guard Laterrance Reed (188-1997, college: NSU, agency: Alti Sport) nailed 20 points and 8 assists for the winning side and point guard Sergiy Startsev (190-1997, agency: BIG) accounted for 19 points. Forward Anton Buts (203-1988, agency: BIG) came up with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 15 rebounds and American point guard Braxton Lovings (183-1999, college: Huston-Tillotson) added 18 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for Zaporizhye in the defeat. Hoverla maintains fourth place with 12-13 record. Zaporizhye at the other side keeps the sixth position with 14 games lost.
