Austrian 2.Bundesliga round 3 best performance: Lukas Simoner

International Swingman Lukas Simoner (190-G/F-1999) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for second-ranked Worthersee Piraten, receiving a Hoops Agents 2.Bundesliga Player of the Week award for round 3.
The 27-year old player was the main contributor (34 points, seven rebounds) to his team's victory, helping them to outclass Traiskirchen (#3, 2-1) with 32-point margin 101-69. Worthersee Piraten maintains the 2nd position in their group in the Austrian 2.Bundesliga. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Worthersee already had a very good start winning all 3 without losing a single one. Rapid can only dream about fighting for top spots in East. Too bad for Korman he does not play for a better team. But maybe if he did, his season stats would not be that high. Korman has individually a great season in Austria. After only 2 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 23.5ppg (5th best).
