We should not miss a home victory of eleventh ranked Szedeak (4-7) who smashed 8th ranked Marso-Vagep (3-6) by 19 points 103-84. Serbian power forward Nebojsa Dukic (206-85) fired 21 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. American guard Janou Rubin (193-82, college: UCLA) chipped in 20 points and 8 rebounds. Szedeak's coach Peter Fodor allowed to play his deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Slovenian guard Brane Savic (181-79, agent: Luciano Capicchioni) produced 25 points and 9 assists and American swingman Curtis Marshall (196-83, college: Texas Tech, agent: Ruud Harrewijn) added 21 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Five Szedeak and four Marso-Vagep players scored in double figures. Szedeak has a solid three-game winning streak comparing to three consecutive losses by Marso-Vagep. Szedeak jumped to the ninth spot. Marso-Vagep dropped to the tenth position. They's opponent will be Soproni (#12) on the road in the next round. Marso-Vagep will play against Falco-Szova having rather not much hope for a victory.
