Cras Basket Taranto continues to dominate Group A of Euroleague. The Italian team overcame TTT Riga 56:42 in the last game of the Round. The favorites opened the game with 6-0 run, while Zellous gave the guests 9:8 advantage. The teams remained equal in the first period as Krumberga closed the frame at 16:15. In the second quarter however the hosts started to take the control and after 17-8 grabbed 33:23 halftime advantage. Smith opened the third franme for 35:23 and Greco made a jump shot for 39:27. Godin and Dacic delivered for 47:29, while Zellous closed the third period at 49:32. In the last frame Latvian side managed to play better and could reduce the gap a bit in the game. At first Hollingsworth scored for 49:34 and then Krumberga cut it to 49:37. Giauro made it 51:37, while Montagnino added two for 53:37. Smith and Krumnerga exchanged for 56:38, whilst Hollingsworth reduced to 56:40 with 3 minutes in the game. Smith poured in 14 points for 6-1 record on top. Godin ended up with 11 and Greco posted 7. Zellous responded with 14 points in the losing effort and Hollingsworth delivered 10.
