Regular Season Round 10: Keravnos - ENAD 74-63

Division A top team - Keravnos (8-1) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat eighth ranked ENAD (2-7) in Strovolos 74-63. It looked good early as ENAD took an 20-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Keravnos took control and eventually winning the game that evening by 11 points. They dominated on the defensive end, holding ENAD to just 7 points in second quarter. American guard Vonteego Cummings (192-76, college: Pittsburgh) notched 13 points, 5 assists and 4 steals to lead the effort and Serbian swingman Mladen Sljivancanin (200-85, agency: Interperformances) supported him with 14 points and 4 assists. Keravnos' coach Memos Ioannou allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even a double-double of 25 points and 10 rebounds by Montenegrin forward Balsa Radunovic (206-80) did not help to save the game for ENAD. Bosnian guard Bruce Price (191-83, college: Tennessee St.) added 11 points and 5 assists for lost side. Four ENAD players scored in double figures. Keravnos has a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 8-1 record. ENAD at the other side dropped to the bottom place with seven games lost. They share the position with Omonia. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
