Rather predictable result in Paks where third ranked Atomeromu (19-7) smashed 7th ranked ZTE KK (14-12) 85-56 on Saturday. The game without a history. Atomeromu led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to ZTE KK's 34. American forward Ian Johnson (205-84, college: Davidson) scored 14 points and 7 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and international swingman David Vojvoda (191-90, agency: Laszlo Vinko Services) chipped in 15 points during the contest. Five Atomeromu players scored in double figures. Atomeromu's coach Imre Horvath felt very confident that he used 11 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. International forward Gergely Toth (206-89, agency: Laszlo Vinko Services) responded with 11 points and 8 rebounds and center Gyorgy Kinter (212-88) scored 11 points and 6 rebounds. Atomeromu maintains third position with 19-7 record having just three points less than leader Szolnok. Defending champion ZTE KK dropped to the sixth place with 12 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
