Wisla surprise Spartak Moscow Region away from home in the start of Day 2 of the EuroLeague season. The Polish side celebrated 74:62 as they led in the whole game. Phillips gave the winners their first points from the free throw line and Anke De Mondt scored for 8:6. Bjelica brought the last 6 points in the first period for the guests to taste 19:12 advantage. Spartak Moscow Region bounced back with 5-0 run in the start of the second frame, but failed again later in the half. Dabovic scored for 27:19 and Ujhelyi sent the teams to the lockers at 42:28. The third quarter also belonged to Wisla that increased to 21 points after thirty minutes. Bjelica gave the Polish team plus 33 and then Spartak Moscow Region managed to reduce the gap in the game. Hammon and Petrovic cut it to 55:66, while Phillips and Pawlak ensured 70:55 for Wisla. Bjelica and Dupree scored the last points for their teams. Bjelica collected 18 points and 14 rebounds to lead the pace, while Phillips netted 15. Ujhelyi and Powell added 10 points apiece. Skerovic and Dupree delivered 12 points each in the losing effort. Petrovic, Osipova and Hammon scored 10 apiece.
