Very important is a home loss of third ranked Monthey (3-2) against fourth ranked Lugano Tigers (3-1) on Saturday night. Host Monthey was crushed by Lugano Tigers in Monthey 79-59. It was a key game for the second position in the league. The game was mostly controlled by Lugano Tigers. Monthey was better in second period 20-13.
