The game between second ranked Ural Ekaterinburg (5-2) and seventh ranked TEMP-SUMZ Revda (3-2) was the most important one in the last round on Saturday night. Ural Ekaterinburg was defeated by TEMP-SUMZ Revda in a tough game in Revda 71-79. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 25-15. But Ural Ekaterinburg won second period 18-17. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. TEMP-SUMZ Revda made 33-of-38 free shots (86.8 percent) during the game. They also forced 23 Ural Ekaterinburg turnovers. 34 personal fouls committed by Ural Ekaterinburg helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Andrei Vokhmianine (184-81) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 5 assists. Forward Aleksey Kirjanov (206-81) contributed with 20 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Forward Dmitri Nikolaev (200-83) answered with 14 points and 7 rebounds and American forward Lorenzo Gordon (201-83, college: Oklahoma City, agency: Hart Sports Mngm) added 18 points in the effort for Ural Ekaterinburg. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. TEMP-SUMZ Revda moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Rjazan. Ural Ekaterinburg at the other side still keeps top position with two games lost. TEMP-SUMZ Revda is again looking forward to face league's leader Ural Ekaterinburg at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
