Regular Season Round 8: Cegledi EKK - DKSK 43-69

There was a small surprise when tenth ranked DKSK (2-6) crushed on the road 8th ranked Cegledi EKK (2-6) 69-43. The game was mostly controlled by DKSK. Cegledi EKK was better in fourth quarter 17-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Cegledi EKK to just 5 points in third quarter. DKSK had a 26-14 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was Serbian guard Brankica Hadzovic (175-81) who scored 23 points. Power forward Orsolya Farkasinszki (185-86) chipped in a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Polish guard Katarzyna Cymmer (172-89) produced 9 points and forward Reka Ruttner (184-89) added 8 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the hosts.
