Undefeated Pecs 2010 (9-1) recorded its first loss at the home court on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by third ranked SEAT-SZESE (9-1) 84-67. It ended at the same time the nine-game winning streak of Pecs 2010. The game was mostly controlled by SEAT-SZESE. Pecs 2010 managed to win fourth quarter 14-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Croatian guard Iva Ciglar (170-85, agency: Data Plus Group) fired 25 points and 8 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) for the winners. International forward Rita Rasheed (180-89, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) chipped in 20 points and 7 rebounds. American forward Lynn Murphy (193-89, college: Boston Coll.) produced 18 points and 7 rebounds and her fellow American import guard Allie Quigley (180-86, college: De Paul) added 13 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Pecs 2010's coach Zeljko Dokic rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win. SEAT-SZESE moved-up to second place, which they share with defeated Pecs 2010. SEAT-SZESE is looking forward to face ZTE (#4) in Zalaegerszeg in the next round. Pecs 2010 will play at home against the league's leader MKB Euroleasing in Sopron and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
