Bottom-ranked Sojuz Zaretchny managed to get a third victory. This time they won against fifth-ranked Severstal 82-77. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Severstal. The hosts were already 16 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 27-16 Severstal's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 82-77 at the end of the game. Severstal at the other side keeps the fifth position with eight games lost. They share it with Rjazan. Sojuz Zaretchny will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Severstal will play on the road against Universitet-Yugra (#4) in Surgut and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
