Regular Season Round 15: Cegledi EKK - UNIQA Eurol. 57-73

A League top team - MKB Euroleasing (15-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they beat ninth ranked Cegledi EKK (4-11) 73-57. The game was mostly controlled by MKB Euroleasing. Cegledi EKK was better in fourth quarter 13-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Cegledi EKK 35-21 including a 25-12 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for international center Dora Horti (195-87, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Serbian center Sara Krnjic (193-91) helped adding 16 points and 10 rebounds. The best for the losing side was guard Katinka Orban (176-89) with 15 points and 4 steals and Polish guard Katarzyna Cymmer (172-89) scored 6 points and 7 assists. The victory was the thirteenth consecutive win for MKB Euroleasing. They maintain first place with 15-0 record. Cegledi EKK lost their fourth game in a row. They dropped to the eighth position with 11 games lost. They share it with Vasas. MKB Euroleasing will play against bottom-ranked BEAC-Ujbuda (#12) in Budapest in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Cegledi EKK will play at home against Atomeromu (#10) in Szekszard and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
