Rather predictable result when fifth ranked SAV Vacallo (7-5) smashed on the road 8th ranked BBC Nyon (2-11) 91-41 on Saturday. The game without a history. SAV Vacallo led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding BBC Nyon to just 6 points in second quarter. SAV Vacallo dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to BBC Nyon's 24. SAV Vacallo forced 26 BBC Nyon turnovers and outrebounded them 44-25 including a 29-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Forward Florent Ramseier (197-90) scored 17 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American power forward Matt Schneiderman (204-81, college: N.Iowa) chipped in 13 points and 10 rebounds during the contest.
