Regular Season Round 14: FS Debrecen - Albacomp 53-88

A Division top team - Albacomp (12-1) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed twelfth ranked FS Debrecen (3-10) 88-53. The game was mostly controlled by Albacomp. FS Debrecen managed to win third quarter 17-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Albacomp forced 20 FS Debrecen turnovers and had a 27-16 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Albacomp especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 66.7 percentage. Americans were the main players on the court. Swingman Muhammad El Amin (196-87, college: Stony Brook) scored 20 points to lead the charge for the winners and forward Wayne Chism (206-87, college: Tennessee) chipped in 15 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Four Albacomp players scored in double figures. Forward Spencer Perrin (195, college: E.Kentucky) responded with 16 points and 7 rebounds and point guard Justin Ingram (185-85, college: Toledo) scored 14 points and 4 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Albacomp have an impressive nine-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 12-1 record. FS Debrecen lost third consecutive game. They keep the twelfth place with ten games lost. Albacomp are looking forward to face Szedeak (#10) in Szeged in the next round and are hoping to win another game. FS Debrecen will play on the road against Szolnok in Szolnok and is hoping to prove to their fans that they can break losing series.
