Regular Season Round 15: Albacomp - Szedeak 96-68

A Division top team - Albacomp (13-1) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed tenth ranked Szedeak (5-10) in Szekesfehervar 96-68. The game without a history. Albacomp led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Szedeak's 40. They outrebounded Szedeak 41-27 including 29 on the defensive glass. Albacomp looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Szedeak's players. It was a great evening for international power forward Akos Keller (206-89, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds. American forward Damian Hollis (203-88, college: G.Washington) helped adding 13 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Albacomp players scored in double figures. Albacomp's coach Branislav Dzunic felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was Serbian Tomislav Ivosev with 16 points and American guard Jonathan Levy (193-82, college: CS San Bernar.) scored 12 points and 4 assists. Albacomp have an impressive series of ten victories in a row. They maintain first place with 13-1 record. Newly promoted Szedeak keeps the tenth position with ten games lost. They share it with Soproni. Albacomp are looking forward to face Soproni (#11) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Szedeak will play against FS Debrecen and is hoping to prove to their supporters that this time they can win.
