Eighth-ranked Kaposvari (6-9) used its home court advantage to challenge fourth ranked Szolnok (12-3). The visitors from Szolnok managed to secure only three-point victory 84-81. However their fans expected much easier game. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Marton Bader (212-80, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 19 points and 17 rebounds and Bulgarian forward Hristo Nikolov (200-85, agency: Global Sports Plaza) who added 20 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Szolnok have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 12-3 record. Kaposvari lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with nine games lost. Szolnok will play against Szedeak (#11) in Szeged in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Kaposvari will play at home against Marso NYKK in Nyiregyhaza and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
