USK Praha made sure they would play in Euroleague playoffs by beating Lotos Gdynia on the road tonight. The victory propelled the Czech team at 8-6 record in the fourth position in Group A. Lotos fell at 3-11 record after the defeat. Eva Viteckova unloaded 35 points to pace the winners. USK Praha got to a flying start. They erupted for 33 points in the opening quarter to build a 16-point lead. USK Praha did not slow in the second quarter. The visitors dropped 30 points to enlarge the gap at 32-point mark 63:31. USK Praha did not loosen the grasp in the second half. They limited Lotos to 13 points in the third stanza and entered the final frame up by 37 points. USK Praha cruised afterwards claiming a well-deserved win at the end. Frida Eldebrink notched 19 points, while Katerina Elhotova added 17 points in the victory. Jolene Anderson answered with 21 points for Lotos. Aneika Henry had 18 points and 8 rebounds in the loss.
