Top 16 Round 5: CSKA - Olympiacos 96-64

CSKA Moscow is the first team who booked a spot for the Euroleague Playoffs this season. The Russian powerhouse blasted Olympiakos 96-64 for 4-1 record in Group E. It is already clear that CSKA will be the winner of this pool at the end of Top 16. Andrey Vorontsevich scored 15 points for the hosts, Milos Teodosic had 14, while Darjus Lavrinovic added 12 points and 5 rebounds. Andrei Kirilenko collected 11 points and 7 boards. CSKA Moscow took control on Olympiakos from the very beginning and never looked back. Visitors got 12 points from Vassilis Spanoulis, who was their only player with double-digits. Pero Antic, Konstantinos Sloukas, Michalis Pelekanos and Martynas Gecevicius stopped to 7 points each. Olympiakos dropped to 2-3, but still controls its destiny and can advance to the playoffs with a win over GS Medical Park at home next week. Quarters: 30-16, 24-10, 18-18, 24-20. CSKA Moscow will meet Anadolu Efes in Istanbul.
