The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Ural Ekaterinburg (22-5) in Rostov on Friday night. Visitors were defeated by third ranked Ataman (15-8) 60-54. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Ural Ekaterinburg. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 21-9. But Ural Ekaterinburg won third quarter 28-22. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening.
