The most crucial game of the last round was another loss of top-ranked Lugano Tigers (18-3) at the home court on Saturday night. Hosts were edged by third ranked Geneve Lions (16-6) 74-72. The guests trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 21-8 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Defending champion Lugano Tigers still keep top place with three games lost. Geneve Lions are looking forward to face SAM Massagno (#8) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Lugano Tigers will play against Starwings (#6) in Basel and are hoping to win this game.
