Very predictable result in Zalaegerszeg where fifth ranked Atomeromu (16-7) defeated bottom-ranked ZTE KK (1-23) 93-86 on Saturday. ZTE KK trailed by 20 points after 3 quarters before a 28-15 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 86-93 at the end of the game. It was a great evening for international swingman David Vojvoda (191-90, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) who led his team to a victory scoring 24 points and 5 rebounds. American guard Lorenzo Williams (191-84, college: Rice, agency: Court Side) helped adding 17 points, 6 assists and 4 steals. American power forward Esian Henderson (204-86, college: Central Mo.) responded with 24 points and the other American import guard Thomas Kelley (188-77, college: Michigan St., agency: TSS Management) scored 20 points and 4 assists. Five Atomeromu and four ZTE KK players scored in double figures. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Atomeromu. They maintain fifth place with 16-7 record. ZTE KK lost their twelfth game in a row. Defending champion stay dead last with 23 lost games. Atomeromu will face higher ranked Szolnok (#3) in Szolnok in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. ZTE KK will play on the road against the league's second-placed Albacomp (#2) in Szekesfehervar.
