Finals Game 1: Familia Schio - Wisla Can-Pak 65-62

Beretta-Famila edged Wisla Can-Pack for the 7th place in Euroleague Final Eight. The Italian team grabbed 65:62 victory in the start of Final Day. Both teams come back home from Istanbul. Beretta-Famila started with a 9-0 run and Maja Erkic later scored for 11:3. Wisla Can-Pack woke up later in the quarter and managed to reduce to 16:10 at the end of the period. Ramon brought 23:14 early in the second and Liron Cohen made two free throws for 31:22. Maja Erkic later made the same for 38:30 at the halftime. Wisla started the third period better and cut it to 40:37 with Bjelicas shot. Moreover Anke De Mondt gave Wisla their first lead at 43:42. Masciadri meanwhile closed the third period for 48:45 as Beretta-Famila scored only 10 points in the period. In the last stanza both teams nailed 17 points each that brought the victory for the Italian team. Erin Phillips gave Wisla 57:52 midway through the Final stanza, but it was not enough for the total success. Liron Cohen brought the last 6 points for the winners to take the 7th place in EuroLeague season. Maja Erkic top-scored for the winners with 15 points, while Cheryl Ford collected 13 points and 13 rebounds. Liron Cohen and Jenifer Nadalin followed them with 8 points apiece. Erin Phillips ended up with 15 points for the Polish side and Anke De Mondt notched 13.
