The game between Top Four teams took place in Szekesfehervar. Third ranked host Albacomp (21-5) defeated second-ranked Szolnok (21-5) 78-71. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Szolnok. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 24-15. But Szolnok won third quarter 19-15. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Albacomp dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Szolnok's 28. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Albacomp made 8 blocks. International point guard Obie Trotter (186-84, college: Alabama A&M, agency: Court Side) responded with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds and Bulgarian forward Hristo Nikolov (200-85, agency: Global Sports Plaza) scored 17 points and 7 rebounds. Five Albacomp and four Szolnok players scored in double figures. Albacomp moved-up to second place, which they share with defeated Szolnok.
