Very expected game when 13th ranked Jaszberenyi (6-20) was defeated at home by fourth ranked Kormend (19-7) 82-71 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by Kormend. Jaszberenyi was better in fourth quarter 20-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American power forward Darian Townes (208-84) scored 15 points and 7 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and power forward Janos Eilingsfeld (198-91, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) chipped in 14 points during the contest. Five Kormend players scored in double figures. Serbian center Rastko Dramicanin (207-86, agency: BeoExcell) responded with 31 points and 5 rebounds (on 14-of-18 shooting from the field) and guard Adam Szogi (176-90) scored 9 points and 5 assists.
