No shocking result in a game when third ranked Triumph Lyubertsy (10-5) defeated on the road 9th ranked Enisey Krasnoyarsk (2-14) 91-73. The game was mostly controlled by Triumph Lyubertsy. Enisey Krasnoyarsk was better in fourth quarter 18-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Triumph Lyubertsy made 21-of-22 charity shots (95.5 percent) during the game. 24 personal fouls committed by Enisey Krasnoyarsk helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was an exceptional evening for American point guard Tywain McKee (188-86, college: Coppin St.) who led the winners and scored 20 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. His fellow American import forward Davon Jefferson (204-86, college: USC) accounted for 25 points and 8 rebounds for the winning side. Four Triumph Lyubertsy players scored in double figures. American point guard Brian Chase (178-81, college: Virginia Tech) came up with 28 points and 6 rebounds and Bosnian center Elmedin Kikanovic (211-88, agency: Beo Basket) added 15 points respectively for Enisey Krasnoyarsk in the defeat. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the third consecutive win for Triumph Lyubertsy. They maintain third place with 10-5 record having seven points less than leader Khimky. Enisey Krasnoyarsk at the other side keeps the ninth position with 14 games lost.
