An interesting game took place in Nyiregyhazi where fifth ranked Jaszberenyi (2-1) edged by three points 7th ranked Marso NYKK (1-2) 78-75 on Sunday night. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 24-13. But Marso NYKK won second period 23-13. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a great shooting night for Jaszberenyi especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 58.8 percentage. It was a great evening for Serbian center Rastko Dramicanin (207-86, agency: BeoExcell) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds. Serbian guard Miljan Rakic (195-86, agency: BeoExcell) helped adding 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. The best for the losing side was American guard Anthony Nelson (185-89, college: Niagara) with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Bahamas forward Bennet Davis (206-84, college: Northeastern, agency: KMG Sports Management) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds. Jaszberenyi moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Kaposvari and Szedeak. Loser Marso NYKK keeps the seventh position with two games lost. They share it with PVSK Pannon and Kormend. Jaszberenyi will meet at home FS Debrecen (#12) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Marso NYKK will play against Kaposvari (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
