Montepaschi Siena registered the second victory in EuroLeague Group B. They fired past Asseco Prokom in Gdynia tonight. Bobby Brown notched 27 points and 7 assists to lead the visitors. It never looked like a rout in the opening quarter. Asseco Prokom stayed in charge posting a 22:21 lead after ten minutes. But Montepaschi took over in the second period. The Siena team spurred ahead and posted a 42:35 halftime lead. The visitors silenced Asseco Prokom in the third term. They erupted for 37 points in the quarter and cleared off at 32-point distance with one period remaining. Montepaschi Siena kept the hosts at bay throughout the final frame and cruised to the victory at the end. Matt Janning and David Moss netted 16 points apiece for the winners. Alex Acker netted 15 points for Asseco Prokom. Lukasz Koszarek chipped in 13 points in the loss.
