Regular Season Round 7: Geneve Lions - Lugano Tigers 76-73

A very close game took place in Geneve between Geneve Lions and Lugano Tigers. Third ranked Geneve Lions (5-2) got a very close home victory over 4th placed Lugano Tigers (4-3). Geneve Lions managed to escape with a 3-point win 76-73 on Saturday evening. It was a key game for the second position in the league.
