Regular Season Round 9: Albacomp - FS Debrecen 89-59

Second ranked Albacomp blasted bottom-ranked FS Debrecen (0-9) in Szekesfehervar 89-59. FS Debrecen is still unable to win any game. The game was mostly controlled by Albacomp. FS Debrecen was better in fourth quarter 21-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Albacomp dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to FS Debrecen's 26. They outrebounded FS Debrecen 41-25 including a 32-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Albacomp have a solid series of three victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Atomeromu and Kaposvari. FS Debrecen at the other side still closes the standings with nine games lost. Albacomp will play against Marso NYKK (#9) in Nyiregyhazi in the next round and are hoping to win another game. FS Debrecen will play at home against Falco-Szova (#4) in Szombathely and hopes to get finally their first victory.
