Regular Season Round 10: Albacomp - Marso NYKK 81-53

Very expected game when 9th ranked Marso NYKK (3-7) was smashed by second ranked Albacomp (8-2) in Szekesfehervar 81-53 on Saturday. The game without a history. Albacomp led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a very good performance for American guard Brandon Wood (187-89, college: Michigan St., agency: N.E.T.) who helped to win the game recording 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Power forward Jozsef Lekli (206-87, agency: TSS Management) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Four Albacomp players scored in double figures. Albacomp's coach Branislav Dzunic felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Mate Mohacsi (192-90) replied with 21 points and 6 rebounds and Bahamas forward Bennet Davis (206-84, college: Northeastern, agency: KMG Sports Management) added 14 points and 13 rebounds in the effort for Marso NYKK. Albacomp have a solid four-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Atomeromu and Kaposvari. Marso NYKK lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the tenth place with seven games lost. Albacomp will face league's leader Atomeromu in Paks in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Marso NYKK will play at home against FS Debrecen (#13).
