The game between second ranked UNI Gyor (10-3) and sixth ranked Bacsbasket (7-6) was the most important one in the last round on Sunday night. UNI Gyor was defeated by Bacsbasket in a tough game in Baja 73-78. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of UNI Gyor. The hosts trailed by 5 points after three quarters before their 27-17 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Ukrainian forward Katerina Dorogobuzova (190-90, agency: LBM Management) fired 20 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. The former international guard Dalma Ivanyi (178-76, college: FIU) chipped in 16 points. Five Bacsbasket players scored in double figures. Defending champion UNI Gyor keeps the second position with three games lost. Bacsbasket are looking forward to face higher ranked PEAC-PECS (#4) in Pecs in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. UNI Gyor will play at home against Cegledi EKK and is hoping to win this game.
