Very important is a road loss of second ranked Kaposvari (12-5) against eleventh ranked Szedeak (6-11) on Saturday night. Visiting Kaposvari was crushed by Szedeak in Szeged 101-76. It looked good early as Kaposvari took an 2-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Szedeak had a 27-19 second period charge getting the lead and Kaposvari was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 76-101. Szedeak shot 60.6 percent from the field. They outrebounded Kaposvari 31-19 including 24 on the defensive glass. Serbian guard Stefan Fekete (188-86, agency: Beo Basket) stepped up and scored 26 points and 4 assists (on 10-of-11 shooting from the field) for the winners and the former international power forward Milan Csorvasi (209-88, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) chipped in 15 points and 8 rebounds. Szedeak's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American point guard Christopher Dunn (189-83, college: W.Virginia St., agency: Court Side) responded with 19 points and 5 rebounds and American-Kittitian swingman Kyle Swanston (201-86, college: JMU, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) scored 15 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Szedeak maintains eleventh place with 6-11 record. Kaposvari at the other side keeps the second position with five games lost. They share it with Atomeromu. Szedeak will play against higher ranked ZTE KK (#6) in Zalaegerszeg in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Kaposvari will play at home against the league's leader Albacomp (#1) and will have a slim chance for a victory.
