Very expected game when 10th ranked BC Rostov (1-11) was defeated at home by sixth ranked Vologda-Chevakata (6-6) 71-55. Vologda-Chevakata outrebounded BC Rostov 43-32 including 33 on the offensive glass. The winners were led by American forward Glory Johnson (190-90, college: Tennessee) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 26 points and 18 rebounds and the other American import guard Jasmine Thomas (175-89, college: Duke) supported her with 6 points and 8 assists.
