Leader Keravnos delivered the eighteenth victory. This time they beat 8th ranked Omonia (3-17) 89-84 in Nicosia. It looked good early as Omonia took an 15-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Keravnos took control and eventually winning the game that evening by 5 points. They also forced 20 Omonia turnovers and outrebounded them 40-21 including a 25-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Omonia was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for Croatian forward Zvonko Buljan (206-87, college: TCU) who led his team to a victory with 19 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals. American swingman Tony Crocker (201-87, college: Oklahoma) contributed with 15 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Serbian power forward Filip Vukosavljevic (205-83, agency: Interperformances) answered with 20 points and 5 rebounds and Serbian center Marjan Tasic (205-81) added 14 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Omonia.
