Regular Season Round 22: Kaposvari - Jaszberenyi 79-84

Very important is a home loss of third ranked Kaposvari (15-7) against fourth ranked Jaszberenyi (14-8) on Saturday night. Host Kaposvari was defeated by Jaszberenyi in a tough game in Kaposvar 79-84. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Kaposvari. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Kaposvari won fourth quarter 21-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Serbian guard Miljan Rakic (195-86, agency: BeoExcell) scored 18 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Serbian center Rastko Dramicanin (207-86, agency: BeoExcell) chipped in 24 points during the contest. At the losing side Serbian power forward Marko Spica (205-86, college: Cent.Michigan) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and American-Kittitian swingman Kyle Swanston (201-86, college: JMU, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) scored 20 points and 5 rebounds. Five Jaszberenyi and four Kaposvari players scored in double figures. Jaszberenyi have an impressive nine-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 14-8 record. Kaposvari at the other side keeps the third place with seven games lost.
