Round 2 in A Division means a new league leader. The biggest surprise took place in Kormend where host Kormend (1-1) beat league's leader Kaposvari (1-1) 89-77 on Sunday evening. The hosts trailed by 16 points after first quarter, but they stormed back and won the game by 12 points. The best player for the winners was American forward Kyle Austin (203-88, college: Cal-Riverside) who scored 22 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international forward Csaba Ferencz (195-85, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) chipped in 21 points and 6 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). American point guard Christopher Dunn (189-83, college: W.Virginia St., agency: Court Side) produced 26 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international Roland Hendlein (203-86, agency: TSS Management) added 13 points and 9 rebounds respectively for the guests. Kaposvari will play next round against league's leader Albacomp trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Kormend will try to continue on its current victory against fourth ranked Szolnok in Szolnok.
