Dynamo Moscow led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Dynamo Moscow outrebounded BC Rostov 54-33 including a 21-7 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a quality performance of international center Nadezhda Grishaeva (195-89) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points and 17 rebounds. The former international center Tatiana Vidmer (191-86) helped adding 17 points and 11 rebounds. Dynamo Moscow's coach Vladimir Shtam used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
