Second Stage Round 4: Albacomp - Atomeromu 78-59

An interesting game for Albacomp (4-0) which hosted in Szekesfehervar their biggest opponent Atomeromu (2-2). Top-ranked Albacomp had an easy win 78-59. The game was mostly controlled by Albacomp. Atomeromu was better in third quarter 16-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Atomeromu 38-22 including 27 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Brandon Wood (187-89, college: Michigan St., agency: N.E.T.) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and international forward Zsolt Szabo (202-86, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) who added 12 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Albacomp's coach Branislav Dzunic allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side American guard Jonathan Levy (193-82, college: CS San Bernar.) responded with 12 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals and the former international power forward Adam Toth (208-89, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) scored 9 points and 6 rebounds. Albacomp maintains first position in Division with 4-0 record. Atomeromu at the other side dropped to the third place with two games lost. Albacomp will play against league's second-placed Szolnok in Szolnok in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Atomeromu will play on the road against Kormend and hopes to get back on the winning track.
