The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Soproni as it allowed them to take a leadership position in Division. Soproni edged 4th placed ZTE KK at home 71-68. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. 26 personal fouls committed by ZTE KK helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Montenegrin power forward Filip Barovic (208-90) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 10 rebounds (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field).
