FC Barcelona Regal celebrated a narrow home win over Maccabi Tel-Aviv to end Top 16 stage on top of Group F. Maccabi occupied the third position in the ladder. Alejandro Abrines stepped up with 21 points to lead the winners. Barcelona and Maccabi stayed close throughout the opening quarter. The scoreboard read 19:19 after ten minutes. The hosts put their noses in front in the second quarter. Barcelona eked out a 36:32 halftime lead. However Maccabi opened the third frame on a 12:3 run to take a 44:42 advantage. Logan and Ricky Hickman gave the visitors a 50:44 lead midway through the third term. Maccabi got to the final intermission up by 5 points 56:51. Barcelona went on a 9:1 rally early in the fourth quarter to ensure a 61:57 advantage. Devin Smith gave the lead back to Maccabi at 64:63. However Barca used a 7:0 rally to gain a 72:67 lead with just over a minute remaining. Ricky Hickman put Maccabi within one 71:72 with two free throws but Jasikevicius sank two free throws to seal the win for the home team. Ante Tomic produced 13 points and 8 rebounds, while Juan Carlos Navarro had 12 points in the victory. Devin Smith and Ricky Hickman chipped in 16 points apiece in the loss.
