The game with biggest result difference took place in Vladivostok. Local Spartak-Prim. (6-11) lost to eighth ranked Unics Kazan (8-10) 78-66. American forward Chuck Eidson (203-80, college: S.Carolina, agency: Three Eye Sports) notched 14 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the effort and Greek power forward Kostas Kaimakoglou (206-83) supported him with 14 points and 5 rebounds. Four Unics Kazan players scored in double figures. Even 21 points and 6 rebounds by American forward Troy Gillenwater (205-88, college: N.Mexico St.) did not help to save the game for Spartak-Prim.. His fellow American import point guard Paul Delaney (188-86, college: UAB) added 20 points and 6 assists (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!) for the hosts. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Unics Kazan moved-up to sixth place, which they share with N.Novgorod. Spartak-Prim. lost third consecutive game.
