There was a surprise result when ninth ranked Kaposvari (2-3) beat at home 4th placed Alba (3-2) 92-83 on Saturday. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Kaposvari looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Alba's players. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Kaposvari made 7 blocks. The former international Roland Hendlein (203-86, agency: TSS Management) orchestrated the victory by scoring 21 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 6 blocks.
