The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Energy Ivanovo (1-1) on the court of Spartak Vidnoye on Monday night. Visitors were rolled over by Spartak Vidnoye 82-53. The game without a history. Spartak Vidnoye led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Spartak Vidnoye outrebounded Energy Ivanovo 46-31 including 32 on the offensive glass. It was a great shooting night for Spartak Vidnoye especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 62.5 percentage. It was a great evening for international Eugeniya Belyakova (182-86, agency: IPSA) who led her team to a victory scoring 21 points and 4 steals. Serbian forward Sonja Petrovic (189-89) helped adding 9 points and 9 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Varvara Psareva (192-85) with 13 points and 9 rebounds and guard Elena Beglova (176-87) scored 10 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Spartak Vidnoye is looking forward to face Dynamo Moscow on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Energy Ivanovo will play against Dyn.-GUVD (#8) and is hoping to win this game.
