Regular Season Round 15: Dynamo-MGTU - BK 1716 64-60

Not a big story in a game in Maykop where 8th ranked BK 1716 (3-7) was defeated by fourth ranked Dynamo-MGTU (7-3) 64-60 on Thursday. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. The hosts trailed by 10 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 4 points. Dynamo-MGTU outrebounded BK 1716 50-37 including a 19-8 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for point guard Artem Gaposhin (185-91) who led his team to a victory scoring 34 points (!!!). Power forward Sergey Bolotskikh (206-90) helped adding 12 points and 15 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Aleksandr Diatchkov (191-81) with 20 points and forward Anton Borisov (197-91) scored 5 points and 9 rebounds. BK 1716's coach Oleg Krylov let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Dynamo-MGTU moved-up to third place in League. Loser BK 1716 keeps the eighth position with seven games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
