A very close game took place in Izhevsk between BK 1716 and Rodniki Izh.. Seventh ranked BK 1716 (9-19) got a very close victory on the road over 4th placed Rodniki Izh. (16-10). BK 1716 managed to escape with a 3-point win 92-89 on Saturday evening. Rodniki Izh. cut a 13-point halftime deficit to three at the end of the game. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Rodniki Izh.'s coach Sergey Konotopov rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Despite that victory BK 1716 went down to eighth position (League) due to points difference. Loser Rodniki Izh. keeps the fourth place with ten games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
