The game between closely ranked teams ended with 5th ranked Hope-Geneve's (4-14) road loss to fourth ranked Bellinzona (10-7) 53-63. The game was mostly controlled by Bellinzona. Hope-Geneve was better in second period 20-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Bellinzona moved-up to third place, which they share with Fribourg. Hope-Geneve at the other side dropped to the sixth position with 14 games lost. Bellinzona will play against Fribourg (#4) on the road in the next round. Hope-Geneve will have a break next round.
