Second Stage Round 10: Atomeromu - Szolnok 67-76

The game between closely ranked teams ended with first ranked Szolnok's (9-1) road victory over their biggest opponent Atomeromu (7-3) in Paks 76-67 on Saturday. Quite impressive performance for American Justin Holiday (198-89, college: Washington) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. The former international Peter Lorant (206-85, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) contributed with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Szolnok players scored in double figures. Szolnok's coach Dragan Aleksic used a ten-player rotation saving starting five for next games. American forward Jarrod Jones (205-90, college: Ball St.) replied with 23 points and 9 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Deonta Vaughn (185-86, college: Cincinnati) added 8 points and 5 assists in the effort for Atomeromu. Szolnok maintains first position in Division with 9-1 record. Loser Atomeromu keeps the second place with three games lost.
