Regular Season Round 6: UNIQA Eurol. - MKB Eurl.Vasas 80-62

A Division top team - MKB Euroleasing (6-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they beat tenth ranked MKB Eurl.Vasas (0-6) in Sopron 80-62. The game without a history. MKB Euroleasing led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. MKB Euroleasing forced 28 MKB Eurl.Vasas turnovers. American guard Kayla McBride (180-92, college: Notre Dame) notched a double-double by scoring 14 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and international swingman Orsolya Zsovar (180-84) supported her with 15 points and 6 rebounds. Even a double-double of 21 points and 13 rebounds by center Bernadett Hatar (208-94) did not help to save the game for MKB Eurl.Vasas. point guard Nina Aho (174-97) added 15 points and 4 steals. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. MKB Euroleasing have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 6-0 record. MKB Eurl.Vasas at the other side still closes the standings with six games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
